Presenters will be displaying their research posters to share the process, discoveries, & insights from their work, as well as answering questions from our event attendees!
The Research Showcase will be held in person in the Morgan Hall Lounge on Tuesday, Dec.10th, from 1-3pm.

The Rausser College of Natural Resources will host the Spring 2024 Commencement on Monday, May 13th, at 7pm at the Hearst Greek Theatre. The Commencement ceremony will include graduate and undergraduate students from the following departments: Agricultural & Resource Economics, Environmental Science, Policy & Management, Nutritional Sciences & Toxicology, and Plant & Microbial Biology.
Fall 2023 Rausser College Honors Symposium

Support your peers who have done research through the Rausser College Honors Program. This is the culminating presentation for students who participated from Spring 2023-Fall 2023 or Summer 2023-Fall 2023.
Each undergraduate honors candidate will give a 10-minute talk on their research and take questions. The symposium will start with an address from the Honors Faculty Advisor and Dean David Ackerly.
You are welcome to drop in for all or some of the Symposium.

Coffee Break with the Deans

Need a place to study during RRR week? Want some free coffee and baked goods? Curious about who the Deans are?
Well, if so - please join us on Tuesday, December 7th, from 9-10am on the Mulford Hall patio (east side of Mulford Hall). Dean Ackerly, Associate Dean O'Neill, and Assistant Dean Dullaghan will be handing out coffee and baked goods.
While you are sipping coffee and enjoying a scone or muffin, you can talk with the Deans about how your Fall term went, what your Spring term is looking like, and anything else that may be on your mind.
After you've finished your treats, find a spot in our Mulford Hall Resource Center (Room 260) to begin your studies for the day. As a reminder, our Resource Center and Computer Lab will be open regular hours during RRR week:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday: 8:30am-4:30pm
- Wednesdays: 1-4:30pm
Eco-Community Art & Wellness Event

An event that will create a space to integrate wellness, sustainability, healing, and climate issue awareness. Through art, community and discussion - we hope to show the ties between these facets of environmentalism.
The event will include a guided art experience with supplies & snacks provided!
We will also have a special welcome from Dean David Ackerly and a presentation from our Health Peer Advisor Gerard Legaspi on available campus wellness resources.

Are you approaching junior or senior standing?
Do you have a minimum 3.6 overall GPA?
Are you interested in undertaking a year-long research project to graduate with honors in your major?
If so, come learn about the program requirements and talk with the program coordinator of the Rausser College of Natural Resources Honor Program. Students who successfully complete the Honors Program will earn recognition at graduation and will also receive a notation of Honors in their major on their diploma.
The Fall 2021 symposium students are invited so you can talk to them about their research interests and any recommendations. There will be an opportunity to ask any questions about the program to the honors coordinator. Please go to nature.berkeley.edu/honors for more information about the program.
