Cal Logging Sports

The Cal Logging Sports Team is currently comprised of 23 students. Our practice site is located at the summit of Grizzly Peak where we chop and buck eucalyptus. The Cal Logging Team participates in the Associated of Western Forestry Clubs (AWFC) which holds a logging conclave once a year during the first week in April.

How to Get to the Site:

Our site is located along Grizzly Peak Blvd in Berkeley, CA. The easiest way to get up to the site is to go to Gayley/Piedmont Blvd. and take Stadium Rim Way (which is located right behind Memorial Stadium). From Stadium Rim Way:
1. Take a left (coming from the North, a right from the South) on Centennial Drive (1.7mi)
2. Take a right on Grizzly Peak Blvd (1.6mi)
3. Parking is located on the right-hand side adjacent to S. Park Drive
